INNOVATIVE PROCESSING SOLUTIONS TO RECOVER VALUE FROM WASTE RESOURCES

Axion Recycling Ltd was founded in 2002 by Directors Keith Freegard and Roger Morton to concurrently develop and operate innovative processing solutions to recover value from waste resources. The company consists of two divisions: Axion Consulting and Axion Polymers.

Axion Consulting based in Bramhall, Stockport was created in order to facilitate the development of new processing and collection methods in response to increased demand from clients within the materials recycling and resource recovery sector. Axion Consulting has successfully delivered an extensive range of practical recycling and process development trials and research projects to a wide variety of clients in both the private and public sectors. Further information on the services offered by Axion Consulting can be found here.

The Axion Polymers division was formed to convert post-consumer and post-industrial waste materials into high grade polymer compounds for re-use in manufactured products. Located in Salford & Manchester, Axion Polymers have designed and operated two of the most advanced plastics re-processing facilities in Europe. This unique blend of operational expertise and design experience ensure the Polymers division has exceptional insight into the practical and operational issues surrounding waste processing and recycling. Information on the services offered by Axion Polymers and the Materials Recycling Facilities at Salford & Manchester can be found here.

Welcome to EURELCO

EURELCO is an open, quadruple helix network that supports the required technological, legal, social, economic, environmental and organisational innovation with respect to the development and implementation of a Dynamic Landfill Management (DLM) framework. The DLM framework includes resource recovery-driven Enhanced Landfill Mining (ELFM) as one of its most advanced components, thereby supporting the transition to a resource efficient, circular, low-carbon economy. Are you a relevant actor working on DLM or ELFM?
