FACILITATING COLLABORATION IN THE QUADRUPLE HELIX

POINT Consulting Group provides coaching and advice on issues of organizational change, teamwork and individual development. It is a network of independent consultants and trainers working for profit, non-profit and governmental organizations. They deliver tailor-made programs in which several interventions can be combined. Their primary focus is on process consultation and organizational learning and development. Their approach is based on research findings and up to date management theory and scientific knowledge. During the last 8 years POINT has also been working substantially on facilitating multi-actor collaboration processes. Often in projects with a high complex technological challenge or in so-called wicked societal problems related to natural resources and sustainability issues. In this respect they provide expertise on socio-technical work systems (re)design, health and safety management and stakeholder involvement.

In relation to ELFM they consult for governance in the quadruple helix and facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders, including the local population. They act as liaison between companies and academia as well as with other actors in the quadruple helix. They can offer services to facilitate stakeholder dialogues, discussion tables, and action research (focus groups or questionnaires), and can support with the governance of national or international consortia and research networks. They have experience in assisting Interreg and other EU projects and providing training and workshops in an international context.

Welcome to EURELCO

EURELCO is an open, quadruple helix network that supports the required technological, legal, social, economic, environmental and organisational innovation with respect to the development and implementation of a Dynamic Landfill Management (DLM) framework. The DLM framework includes resource recovery-driven Enhanced Landfill Mining (ELFM) as one of its most advanced components, thereby supporting the transition to a resource efficient, circular, low-carbon economy. Are you a relevant actor working on DLM or ELFM?
